How Bailey's Comfort Services is Working to Protect You:
Per the CDC and WHO guidelines, we are making some changes to our normal operating procedures. We will also be adopting rigorous cleaning protocols during the outbreak. While these adjustments may seem inefficient or awkward, they're necessary to ensure the health of those we serve. Staff Care: Some of our staff will working from home during the COVID-19 outbreak. All technicians temperatures are taken when they arrive at our shop. Anyone running a fever will be sent home for 14 days. Any staff member who has someone sick or running a fever at home, will be instructed to report it and stay at home for 14 days. Scheduling Questions: When you call to make an appointment, our office team will ask if anyone in your home is sick or running a fever, and has anyone in your home been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has been exposed to the virus. Safety Measures: Troubleshooting equipment can sometimes be done from the exterior of your home, but there are times when our staff must go inside. In those situations, nitrile gloves and masks will be worn. If you have an allergy to any of these products, please let us know ahead of time. Sanitization: Our trucks come stocked with disinfectant sprays and sanitizing wipes. After completing a job, your technician will wipe down any areas with which they had contact.

We have postponed our educational seminars until further notice. Part of our administrative staff has been working remotely from home minimizing the number of poplin our office space. We are closely monitoring employees before each shift to ensure that anyone with symptoms stay at home in accordance with CDC recommendations. A replacement will be made for anyone feeling unwell or displays any symptoms of the Coronavirus COVID-19. We generally work in isolated environments, working at night when clients are not present. This allows them to keep themselves safe through social distancing methods at work. We are also communicating with them regularly, to ensure Georgia's Shelter in Place Order is being followed when they are not working.

We are in the exterior cleaning business. The products we use are used for sanitation! We have no need to enter anyone's home and all work can be done with no/minimal contact between our employees and the home owner. We also can do exterior concrete stains and epoxy garage floors.

We are operating within CDD and WHO guidelines, wearing masks when riding together, holding our daily huddle outside to ensure 6 feet social distancing, washing hands etc. While on site, we are allowing customers to have no contact transactions by viewing, accepting and scheduling estimates via phone and email. Services are able to be done without the customers coming outside and we email the invoice and payments can be made online. If a customer does want to come outside and talk we are maintaining that 6 foot distance between us and them to ensure social distancing. We are SWS Sanitize Certified Specialists, have been sanitizing the CSRA's homes, schools, playgrounds and commercial properties. Treating and sanitizing is what we do! We are supporting local small businesses on our social media, buying from them when possible. We want to do our part to help the economy here in the CSRA.
